 note = {We experienced a 23 year-old woman of acute myocarditis who was suffering from cardiogenic shock and risky arrhythmia. We tried the full treatment for her by intraaortic balloon pumping (IABP), temporary pacing, extracorporeal ultrafiltration method (ECUM) and percutaneous cardiopulmonary support (PCPS), and her blood pressure was maintained, but her cardiac performance (ventricular motion, voltage of QRS complex of electrocardiogram, pulsatile blood flow to organs and so on) and hepatic and renal function were worsened and attenuated. She died of multi-organ failure in eleventh sick day. We experienced five patients of acute myocarditis, and used PCPS for three patients among them. We report a case of them and investigate usufulness and problems about PCPS.},
