 note = {The treatment of hypercholesterolemia was progressed rapidly with the appearance of new anti-hyperlipidemia agents, simvastain and plavastatin. These agents certainly decreased serum cholesterol level and ishemic events derived from atheloscrelosis of coronary artery. This results has been proved by several clinical mass studies. However, familial hypercholesterolemia(FH) is registive to statin agents and its pognosis is poor because of ishemic disease. Low density lipoprotein (LDL) apheresis is recognized as an effective treatment for lowering serum cholesterole level of FH patients. We studied our own FH treated with LDL apheresis and discussed the clinical effectiveness of LDL apheresis.},
