The theory of tranzactional analysis contained four kinds of analysis (structual analysis, tranzactional analysis, game analysis and script analysis), is based on psychoanalysis theory, and do it easily. Therefore, tranzactional analysis is practical for us and easy to use for primary care. In Japan tranzactional analysis was introduced by Y. Ikemi and M. Sugita and developed as an important psychotherapy in psychosomatic medicine. After a therapeutist confirmed the motivation to care and stress evidence for patients, tranzactional analysis is adapted to psychosomatic disease as reaction for stress of their ordinary life.
