We have developed the new three dimensional motion analyzing system. Each parameter of knee motion, six digree of freedom, is measured by electric goniometer and is corrected by biplanars X-ray using computed radiography. The aim of this study was to clarify the gait and motion of the patients who had medial compartmental osteoarthritic knee by using our system. Three-dimensional analysis of the knee motion was performed in 41 female patients with medial compartmental osteoarthritic of the knee(OA knee)and 16 normal females and 9 normal males. A ratio of step length to spinomalleolar distance and cadence became small and gait speed became slow with progression of stage of OA knee. Toe-out-angle also became small. With progression of stage of OA knee, the double knee action during gait became flat due to the increase of knee flexion angle at heel contact and the decrease of maximum knee flexion angle during swing phase.The screw home movement became unclear with progression of stage of OA knee}, pages = {304--314}, title = {変形性膝関節症の三次元運動解析}, volume = {113}, year = {1999} }
