 note = {Our aim in this study is to evaluate the usefulness of thoracoscopic approach in lobectomy for patients with lung cancer. The number of using analgesic agents was counted in 10 patients who underwent thoracoscopic lobectomy for lung cancer and compared with that in another 10 patients who underwent standard lobectomy. The number in patients underwent thoracoscopic lobectomy was 1.8±1.5 times, while that in those underwent standard lobectomy was 10.8±2.1 times. The difference was statistically significant. However, we believe, more evidences are necessary to insist that thoracoscopic approach is beneficial to patients with lung cancer undergoing lobectomy.},
