Eventually, 116 patients already died, of those 50 at home (group A) and 66 at the hospital(group B). Twice as many patients in group A took nutritional medication (drip infusion or intravenous hyperalimentation) than group B. More patients in group A used oral or suppository morphin than group B. In group A, 70% of patients (56% in group B) had more than two persons looking after at home. It is essentially important for the local center hospital to construct network system in collaboration with the individual primary physician and the visiting nurse stations all around which coodinate multiple survices, dealing with the rapidly changing conditions of the patients. Moreover, education of the primary physicians specialize in visiting patients at home is particularly expected.}, pages = {46--52}, title = {4)在宅ホスピスケア(シンポジウム 進行癌の治療, 第548回新潟医学会)}, volume = {114}, year = {2000} }
