 note = {Rotations in several departments are demanded of medical school graduates as postgraduate education programs, since there are too many specialists with less experience of general practice now in Japan. Postgraduate education has been carried out mainly in University Hospitals, however the number of patients with common diseases are much less there than in city hospitals. Therefore, it is better to undertake postgraduate rotation program in cooperation with city hospitals. Duration and type of rotation are discussed for the purpose.},
