Most of the chief complaint was infra-auricular mass lesion, which was more than 2 cm in diameter. In the first decade, sialography, scintigraphy and CT were commonly performed, whereas MRI, echogram and fine needle aspiration biopsy (FNA) were the standard examinations in recent 5 years. The efficiency of FNA was 89.8%, which result was satisfactory for preoperative diagnosis. Histological examination shows 95 of pleomorphic adenoma, 33 of Warthin's tumor and 36 of other benign tumors. Most frequent of 36 other benign tumors was lymphepithelial lesion, which tumor was strongly related to the further onset of membrane associated lymphoid tissue type malignant lymphoma (MALT lymphoma).}, pages = {61--67}, title = {大唾液腺腫瘍の臨床 : 耳下腺良性腫瘍の診断を中心に}, volume = {115}, year = {2001} }
