Recently cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT) is introduced and preliminary results have been reported from the US and European countries. In CRT, pacing leads need to be placed in the right ventricle and in the lateral branch of the coronary sinus for the left ventricular pacing. In our institution, CRT was performed in 6 CHF patients, and reasonable acute effects were observed. CRT can be a new therapeutic option for drug refractory CHF which is accompanied with the ventricular conduction abnormality.}, pages = {71--76}, title = {3 心室再同期療法(シンポジウム 心不全治療の最近のトピックス,第600回新潟医学会次第)}, volume = {119}, year = {2005} }
