さらに, 相談体制の整備が, 心理社会的課題の問題解決に効果を及ぼすか検討した. その結果, HIV感染者は, さまざま心理社会的課題について悩みを抱いており, また, HIV感染者は抑うつ感や不安感を抱きやすいことが示唆された. そして, このHIV感染者の抑うつ感や不安感に, 各々の中にある心理社会的課題が一要因として影響を及ぼしていることが明らかになった. さらに, ある心理社会的課題の悩みが生じた際, 実際に相談した人達は, 相談しなかった人達に比べ, 抑うつスコアや不安スコアが低いことが明らかになった. 今回の結果から, 心理社会的な課題について相談できる体制を整えることが, HIV感染者の抑うつ感や不安感を軽減することを通して, HIV感染者の精神的健康を保つ一助となる可能性が高いと思われる.", "subitem_description_type":
