The goal of this project is to establish a research system for a comprehensive, prospective, genetic, and epidemiological investigation of diseases, which involved in the occurrence of bedridden in older age in Sado ISland. In order to resolve many practical problems of this type of research, we organized an initiative team composed of several specialists of the relevant clinical and basic areas and the sampling has already been started.},
