Icare^(R)を用いた眼圧測定を角膜中心部, 上側, 下側, 耳側, 鼻側で行い, 各々眼圧値を算出し (各々ICC, ICS, ICI, ICT, ICN), 続いてGTを算出した. ICC, ICS, ICI, ICT, ICNの比較には, 固定因子をIC, 変量因子を症例および左右眼 (右/左 =51/51) として, 混合モデルを作成して行った. GTとICの較差について, Bland-Altman法を用いて解析し, limits of agreement を算出した. 目的変数をGT, 説明変数を年齢, 左右眼, 等価球面度数, 角膜曲率半径, 眼軸長, 中心角膜厚, GT, ICC, ICS, ICI, ICT, ICNとし, ステップワイズ法による重回帰分析を行った. 【結果】 Icare^(R)による眼圧測定 (IC) において, ICSとICNはICCに比して有意に高かった (各々P =0.000, P =0.003) が, その他は全ての部位間で差がなかった.
