Since triage of the patients is very important for the prevention of the hospital spread, indoor air rooms, we have 6 in our hospital, are used for the patients at the initial phase of prevalence. Because of the limitation of room numbers, isolation of the patients has to be relaxed at the wide-spreading periods. In such a case, general clinic would be expected to take part in the care for novel influenza patients. Medical care system by district should be re-constructed flexibly toward the viral infection. In an individual matter, standard precaution and droplet infection precaution are required to prevent nosocomial transmission. We have to pay attention to change into serious illness of immuno-compromised patients (such as pregnant women, COPD patients etc.)}, pages = {186--191}, title = {3 新型インフルエンザへの新潟市民病院の対応(パンデミックインフルエンザへの対応,第649回新潟医学会)}, volume = {124}, year = {2010} }
