{"created":"2021-03-01T06:14:32.181454+00:00","id":10402,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"02a49e64-abb9-428a-8f84-608c537abe68"},"_deposit":{"id":"10402","owners":[],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"10402"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:niigata-u.repo.nii.ac.jp:00010402","sets":["453:456","471:537:538:967"]},"item_7_alternative_title_1":{"attribute_name":"その他のタイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_alternative_title":"Evaluation of Higher Brain Dysfunction in Carbon Monoxide Exposed Rats"}]},"item_7_biblio_info_6":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2010-05","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"5","bibliographicPageEnd":"267","bibliographicPageStart":"262","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"124","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"新潟医学会雑誌"},{"bibliographic_title":"新潟医学会雑誌","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_7_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"高濃度一酸化炭素 (CO) 曝露後, 数日から数週間後に見当識障害, 記銘力低下などを主症状とする｢遅発性神経障害｣に進展することがある. この病態を解明するためには, 適切なモデル動物の作成と障害評価の方法を確立する必要がある. 今回我々は, ラットにCOを曝露してモデル動物の作成を試み, Morris水迷路試験を行って高次脳機能障害を評価した. 7週齢 Wister rat (オス) に3,000ppm COを60分間曝露した. 曝露翌日から Morris水迷路試験を行った. ゴールの場所を毎日ランダムに変え, 1日に2トライアル実施し, 最初のトライアルでゴールに達した後, 20秒後に2回目のトライアルを実施した (matching-to-place task). 試験は1週間に連続3日間行い4週間継続した. 曝露後2週間は, 1回目のトライアルにおけるゴール到達時間がCO曝露群に遅延して見られたが, 曝露後3週目以降には差が見られなくなった. 2回目のトライアルにおけるゴール到達時間は, 曝露後2週間ではコントロール群と比べて差が見られなかったが, 曝露後3週からは有意差がみられない (p =0.0686) ものの曝露群で遅延する傾向が示唆された. これらの所見は, CO曝露後2週間は急性期症状としての学習障害, 曝露後3週以降では遅発性神経障害としての記銘力低下を示唆するものと考えられる.
