A traditional folk ballad music called “Chigasakijinku” is sung by the men who carry the portable shrine during the Shinto ceremony called Hamaori at the Hamaori Festival Chigasaki Beach in Shonan Coast. On the other hand, it also can show us that Hamaori Festival comes from the text for the kowaka Beach-Outing(“Hamaide”). These two traditional folk music have had the common folk culture of the Shinto ceremony called Hamaori at the Hamaori Festival as a tradition in martial arts among the “Kamakurato” which consists native family soldiers who had lived and ruled in “Obamikuriya” since Kamakura and Muromachi era. In this article it is necessary to solve the floating musical characteristics in the narrative space of “Chigasaki Jinku”, which could be characteristics of the traditional style of “Hamaide” as the traditional folk ballad performances.
