Shortage and uneven distribution of doctors have become prominent in niigata prefecture. Japanese female doctors leave the job easily in childcare period. Further, work style reform is tightened for doctors from 2024 in Japan. So, hospital administrators must give preferential treatments to female doctors. For example, hospital nursery school, exemption for duty, regular employment etc.
