The new subject name "Creative engineering laboratory" has been opened to enhance the education of the production in the department of mechanical and production engineering. It consists of five themes which are the production of the pasta bridge, the stirling engine, the wind car, the movable car on an off road and the hovercraft. Students used this CAD/CAM system when they considered a plan of production of the hovercraft, and they could make use of it in designing the hovercraft. Moreover, students could draw a 3D design drawing by combination of several top views and study the basis of the 3D CAD/CAM system.
