I assumed that it was indispensable to assemble the experience that the study value is actualized by studying each theme (concrete achievement of a local, mathematical value) to promote mathematical literacy. Then, novel improvement type mathematics department methods and techniques of instruction that enabled it were assumed. It is a class from which it is received with the meaning in the learner in the objectivism paradigm, and re-systematization of knowledge is pressed. And, the class of theme "simultaneous equations" was planned according to the person abbreviation of the teaching material composition, and it practiced it. As a result, the following was suggested. (1) The teaching material composition in which three patterns of the connection are made a viewpoint works effectively to actualizing the study value. (2) The pattern of the connection is accumulating an inclusive type, and when commonness with the content of study before is potential, it is necessary to set the scene to which making the strange familiar is performed intentionally and in the process of actualizing the study value.
